Telling stories about people with charcoal, oil and light

My work focused on capturing the inner meaning of people. Information technology takes a great amount of skill and attempt to capture people in a similar manner, but physical likeness is not my but goal. I endeavour to capture their grapheme, emotions, the "feeling" that you lot get when you run across them.

I am non sure exactly how this process happens exactly, but it is similar to a long journey that I embark on in the beginning of every painting… it feels scary every time. But it is besides an increasingly exhilarating procedure that I can't alive without. Every time I start a painting I hope to go far in the terminate to a true portrayal of my discipline, not only in form but in meaning. ~ Anastasiya Fender
